Kelardasht Villa is a 180-square-meter, three-storey residence whose architectural form is generated by the movement of a continuous surface. Beginning alongside the entrance path, this surface changes direction to form the main floor slab, continues upward to create the western wall, and finally folds into the pitched roof. As a result, the primary elements of the building are conceived not as separate components, but as parts of a single continuous gesture that defines the overall form of the villa.

The main living spaces are positioned on the upper floors in response to neighbouring buildings and to maximize views toward the southern landscape. The southern façade is opened as extensively as possible on both levels, with a continuous balcony extending along its length. Acting as an intermediate zone, this balcony protects the building from climatic conditions while strengthening the relationship between the interior and the mountainous landscape. A double-height living space further reinforces visual continuity between the two floors and allows the surrounding view to penetrate deeper into the house.

The ground floor accommodates more independent functions, including guest and recreation spaces, allowing their circulation and activity to remain separate from the main living areas. The exterior access route and elevator are also positioned beneath the continuation of the primary roof, providing protection from rain and snow. Kelardasht Villa ultimately brings together a simple geometry, vertical spatial organization, and controlled openness toward the landscape, connecting form, function, and climate through one continuous architectural movement.
