Soheil Office is the renovation of a workplace in Qeytarieh, Tehran, developed around the idea of preserving the valuable qualities of the existing architecture while introducing a new identity for a creative studio. Rather than removing the previous layers entirely, a significant number of existing elements—including parquet flooring, cabinetry, storage units, railings, and bookshelves—were retained and restored, allowing the new interventions to coexist with the memory of the original space.

The spatial organization is based on an open-plan environment intended to encourage interaction between team members. Direct visual connections, flexible furniture arrangements, and a variety of settings for individual work, conversation, and group meetings create an adaptable everyday workplace. Much of the furniture was designed specifically for the project, from simple modular worktables to a large central table that functions as a gathering point for discussion, collaboration, and the exchange of ideas.

On the upper floor, exposing the existing brick vault ceiling reinforces the architectural character of the building. The meeting room adopts a calmer and more neutral language, while custom elements such as a rotating door and suspended table give the space a distinct identity. Soheil Office ultimately explores how a workplace can be transformed through minimal unnecessary intervention, allowing existing architecture, furniture, and patterns of interaction to operate as parts of a single system.
