Parto Home was renovated with a focus on maximizing spatial continuity and efficiency within a compact 75-square-meter apartment. The kitchen, dining area, and living space are organized along a shared spatial axis, maintaining visual connections between the main functions of the home and creating a greater sense of openness. Continuous cabinetry and integrated built-in elements extend through the interior, increasing storage capacity while establishing a clear and ordered spatial structure.
The design language is contemporary and defined by a controlled combination of light surfaces, grey volumes, and muted green accents. The green feature wall anchors the living area, while grey cabinetry and built-in elements create continuity between the kitchen and the main space. Open shelving, the continuous low bench, and linear ceiling and lighting details reinforce the same architectural logic, resulting in an interior shaped by restraint, spatial clarity, and the precise use of every available area.
