Avishan Villa is shaped around a direct relationship between domestic life and the surrounding mountain landscape. Expansive glazing, a double-height living area, and the visual extension of the interior toward generous terraces soften the boundary between inside and outside, allowing the landscape to become an integral part of everyday experience. The sloped roof, with its deep overhangs, defines the building’s architectural character while extending its horizontal presence toward the natural setting.
The architectural language is contemporary and restrained, combining light surfaces, dark structural frames, glass, and warm timber to balance openness with solidity. Timber soffits and interior elements introduce warmth and a more human scale against the neutral palette and clear geometry of the building. The open relationship between the living, dining, and upper-level spaces further reinforces a sense of continuity, allowing the interior to be experienced as one connected spatial sequence rather than a collection of isolated rooms.
